Welcome to the Westchester Celiac Sprue Support Group!

Membership is only $25.00 per year, per family. Members receive our newsletter and are notified about all WCSSG meetings, guest speakers and special events.

To join:

1. Simply complete this online form and click the NEXT button at the bottom of the page.
2. To pay by credit card or PayPal:
   Choose the “Online” payment option and follow the instructions.
3. To pay by check:
   Choose the “Manual” payment option. You will receive an invoice with payment instructions via e-mail.

Have more than one mailing address?
